1. Send us clear & specific image of damaged part
    

2. In case of reforming, please kindly include items;
    Product image, design image, usage(practical or decorative)
    

3. We'd let you know the approx estimate.​
    

4. After agreement, send us the broken lacquer ware.
   We'd let you know the exact estimate later.
    

5. We'll notify you when it’s finished, including invoice.
    

6. Payment（details listed on invoice）
