We define made to order products as we had specific designation with design or amount of order from customers.

Common terms

​We accept cancellations with our primary fault of our products, design, overbooking, and nature disaster.

Once you purchased, no product return and refund may happen because of the purchaser's personal preferences or conditions. If the order process went through on the halfway, we'd ask you to pay that cost as cancellation charge. 

We remind you the design pattern will be charged no matter how big or small it is.

 

Any change/additional design accepted on extra charge unless we have any physical structure problem.
