漆器は人の肌と長所・短所が大方似ています。 その点を覚えておくと扱いが容易になります。 日焼けもすれば、火傷もします。物理打撃があればもちろん怪我もします。 優しく扱えば、経年の美しい艶で応えてくれます。 漆器が適する環境は、適温・適湿・暗所です。 また、酸やアルカリにも強く、日用食器に適しています。 片づけるとき、特別な配慮はいりません。 中性洗剤で手洗いをします。柔らかいスポンジなどでも結構です。 柔らかい布巾で拭き、下段にしまえば完了です。

まず、漆器は漆器同士で洗うことをお勧め致します。 こうしておくと、欠けや傷を避けることができます。 台所用中性洗剤と、やわらかいスポンジで洗ってください。 それ以外の洗剤、用具は避けてください。 頑固な汚れは、しばらく水につけてください。 ぬるま湯だとより洗いやすいです。 洗い終わったら、やわらかい布巾で水気を拭いてください。 ※豆知識：漆器は水切れが良いので、ほんの少し熱めのお湯ですすいで、布巾でサッと拭けばすぐに乾きます。 ※傷、欠け、割れのある場合は、塗膜剥がれの原因となりますので、水に長時間漬けるのは避けて、修理をお勧め致します。

傷を防ぎ、長くお使いいただくために、漆器は漆器同士でしまいます。いつも使う器なら重ねてもOKです。適度な湿度のある、直射日光の当たらないところにしまってください。

一時的に使わないときは、付属のカバーまたは遮光率の高い暗幕をかけておくと日焼けせずに済みます。 全く使わないときは梱包時の箱にしまって、暗所に置いておくのが有効的です。

一般的に口の中でやけどしない程度とお考え下さい。 ポットのお湯70～60度くらいが「あくまで」目安。 沸騰したてのお湯、出来立てのお料理は避けてください。 高熱のあるものをすぐに盛り付けると変色の原因になります。 漆はゆっくり生まれてきたものです。急激な変化があるとびっくりしてしまいます。

お勧めいたしません。庫内は、乾燥しています。 おせちなどお重箱をそのまま冷蔵庫などで冷やしてもよいのか？という質問を以前いただきました。 その場合、冬季であれば自然の温度を利用します。 納品時の桐箱や木箱などにお重を入れて、中身が凍らない程度の寒い廊下などにおいておきます。 なお、冷凍には適しておりません。ご注意ください。

大概は大丈夫です。 ですが、塗りあがって間もないものであれば、放置は避けてください。 変色のもとになります。使ったら直ぐに洗ってください。

対応しておりません。天然木、漆は、自然の法則に生きております。 人工的な急激変化を加えると、破損しますのでご注意ください。

中性洗剤で洗えば、大概は落ちます。どうしても取れない場合は、写真を撮って弊社へご相談下さい。

それは人でいう、床ずれの状態です。 修理が必要です。 塗り直しは致しますが、気を付けて頂きたいのは、作家作品の場合、蒔絵、沈金作家が亡くなっている場合もあります。複製は可能な場合と不可能な場合があります。 何より、作家が手掛けたオリジナルは一つしかない場合がある、というのが難点です。 そうなる前に、品物が来たら、必ず梅型の付属フェルトを等間隔に配置して、ガラス板を置いてください。白いネル布と、パンフレットと共に付属しています。

これは品物の大きさや状態によります。あくまで「目安」としてお考え下さい。 軽いかすり傷や穴なら1～2か月のうちに、孔などをふさぎ、完全に塗り直し、加飾を加えるのであれば6～8か月程度（家具等）。 技術的に困難を極める物であればそれ以上をご考慮ください。 まずは実際の状態を見て、それから納期等をお返事をさせていただきます。お気軽にお問い合わせくださいませ。

お客様より、 「研出の柄が違うが、不良品ではないのか」 とのお問い合わせをいただくことがございます。 では回答です。クラフト製品は、すべて手作業で行いますので、個体差があります。 塗厚の微妙な違いもあります。研出すとき、模様が大きく出るか、あまり出ないかがその日の漆の加減によって異なります。同じ模様が出ることはまずありません。 柄のない品はその時点で省きますので、お客様の前へ現出することはございません。 なお製品自体の品質に問題はありませんので、お食事はそのままお楽しみください。 どうしても研ぎ出しの量が少ない、と思われる場合は、往復送料ご負担の上での交換を申し付けております(お客様ご都合の場合)。

漆は、気温、湿度、天候に左右されます。 乾くのが遅かったり、早かったり、漆液のブレンドの微妙な差によっても違います。 日を分けて塗れば、同じ朱色でも若干色が濃かったりします。 まず、その日に色物を塗る、と決めれば、同じその日の条件で一気に塗らねばなりません。同じロット、天候、色で仕上げることを念頭に、計画的に下地も進めます。 別注、修理において同じ色になるよう最善は尽くしておりますが、色合わせは大変な時間を消費します。 このような理由から、余裕をもってのご注文を皆様にお願いしております。

いいえ。よく凝固しているものであれば、それはまずありません。 稀に、体質的に合わずかぶれる場合があります。 かぶれた場合は、すぐに皮膚科にて受診されてください。 また、塗りあがって間もない場合は、適度な室温湿度のある暗い場所で一か月ほど放置を推奨しております。

大方は、使っているうちに、においは消えてゆきます。 その変化を楽しむのも漆器というものでもあります。 ですが、食事のとき、塗りあがって間もない器だと気になりますよね。 どうしても気になる場合は、 ①米のとぎ汁に一晩漬けておき、ぬるま湯で洗う ②日陰で風通しの良い場所にしばらく置く ③鷹の爪を半分に割ったものを入れて箱にしまっておく ④米びつに一週間位突っ込んでおく などの対策をしておくと大分軽減します。

はい。その理由は、以下にあります。 職人の道具や漆器の素材に天然のものを使用しています。 製作の過程も化学媒体を使用せず、自然の原理を利用して固化を進めてゆきます。 品物も大切に扱えば、毎日の使用に耐えるほど丈夫に作られているので、永く使えて、要らぬごみを出しません。 また、使い終われば土に還ることができ、経済的で理にかなっているともいえます。

厳密には輪島塗として呼べないものに(貝やPCの洋塗装など)、加飾を施したものをその名称でご提供しております。 ガラスや洋塗装PC、細工に適した経年割れや狂いが少ないお人形などに、主に蒔絵の加飾を施しております。 お人形ですが、工程は輪島塗と同工程に施しております。 素地が違うので、輪島塗とは呼べませんが、品質はほぼ変らない五島屋謹製の輪島蒔絵・うるし雛として多くのお客様に御用達頂いております。 勿論天然木の品もございますし、沈金も承ります。 また、客注持ち込みでバカラなどのクリスタル製品などに蒔絵を施すサービスも大変ご好評いただいております。

日常で大切に使えば、下地がしっかりしていて塗膜が長持ちする、ということです。素地が木製なので、一寸落としても割れにくいのは事実です。ですが、打撃などによる衝撃で破損を全く受けないという意味ではありません。

天然木は比重が軽いので水にぷかぷか浮きます。 木乾・天然木加工品・合成樹脂製は比重が重いので沈みます。 輪島塗として販売できない場合は、「クラフト」や「うるしぬり」などがきちんと表記してあります。まず、ごくまれに見かける数千円ほどのお椀で輪島塗、というのは在庫一掃セール等でない限り考えられません。 価格、仕様などで輪島塗か、漆製品かが、変わってきますので必ず販売員にお確かめ下さい。

There is few special care you should do. All you need to do is just use and give them moisture from daily use and wash. After washing them with soft sponge and soapy water, wipe them with soft cloth. Darker & lower place may be suggested for long life use, where enough moisture should be kept close to the floor rather than hot and dry air tends to gather above your head. Urushi skin is quite similar to those human skin structure. The oxygen and water are indispensable to them Which is, they have quite enough possibility to be damged, like human skin does. So you could imagine they're not good at these extreme situations: UV, dry air, high buring heat, any external strong shock, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer & dryer, and ovens. If you just care them nicely, they will respond you with shine and nice smooth surface like the way you do for the skin care.

Wash wajimanuri only. Avoid mixing with hard wares; metals, glass, or chinas. This reduce the risks of any damage or any considerable accident. Use soft sponge and soap for home dish washing (pH neutral detergent) Avoid hard cleanser or any other equipments may damage the surface. For persistent stain, sink them into water for a while. Lukewarm water is easier for fast wash & dry since urushi is water proof. After use, wipe them with soft kitchen cloth, put them in a dark and lower place rather than hot, and dry higher shelf. ※if you have found any damage like scratch, crack, scars, we suggest you not to leave it into the water for hours. That cause paint separation. Please leave it to us for repair.

Urushi is like human skin. A hard situations for Urushi; a rapid, extreme changes strikes their skin directly. Please avoid ; ・any intensive UV light ・any intensive dry air ・microwaves, dish wash and dry, fridge, freezer, ovens ・fresh boiled water/ freshly cooked hot food ・washing with hard kitchen wares ・any external strong shock ・any volatile chemicals basd on oil ・to leave sake into brand new product over night these will spoil its original texture. Urushi has been produced very slowely. And the sup are taken only 200g to collect from single tree aged over 10 years old. So it's natural that any extreme situatuon can be fatal damage.

Keep lacquerwares only. Stacking them olny is no problem if you meant to use it daily. Put them in a dark, lower place where enough mositure kept. These rules prevents unnecessary damage or shock from hard tablewares ; ex.porcelain. For long term storage, wipe any oils or water out to avoid molds. Keep them in the same product package condition as it was arrived, except cardboard box. If necessary wrap with extra shock protection(ex.bubble wrap).

Avoid sunlight. And if you wish to store it temporary put UV proof cloth or cover attached with. When you totally meant to keep it away permanently, bring it back into a delivered box , and store in a dark place at a stable temperature.

About 70~60 celcius degree is cosidered as ' avarage', so to speak. But they are not heat proof like microwavesafe. Any boiled water of freshly cooked hot food cause discolor or damage on the surface. We'd advise you to leave your food in moderate temperatures until you feel safe to eat without burns.

Absolutely not. We remind you the machine inside is very dry. We once had this inquiry before if it's ok to leave the Jubako box into the fridge. In that case, put the container into the Kiribako( a wood box attached with delivery) leave it into the natural cold temperature inside of the house.

Most of them are fine If it's old enough counting from its produced date. For brand-new lacquer painted products, we reccomend you not to leave sake inside over night - wash them straight away after use. Otherwise its original nuance will be fading away.

No, it's not. The natural wood and urushi belongs to its nature principles. Any extreme on-purpose change may occur severe damage.

Wash it with home dish washing detergent (pH neutral). Most of the case will be solved in that way. When you find it difficult to remove, take photos of that moldy part, send it to us for more inquiry.

There is two way you can choose. First of all, we would advise you to take fine photos then send it to us. We might ask you to ship it to our atelier for further specific examination. When we find it very difficut to restoration, we'll ask you if you wish to send it back to your address or you have another option ordering new replica for more fancy quality. We would say 'YES' basically. But we'd reccomend you to send it back to its company which has been originally produced. However, by the case you find the company is difficult to solve, we will take your order AS WAJIMANURI.
